A District Court Judge or a District Court Magistrate may perform marriages within the district for which he or she serves. The 60^th District Court Judges and Magistrates perform marriage ceremonies at the 60^th District Court. 

Anyone who wishes to be married at the 60^th District Court will need to call ahead for an appointment at (231) 724-6258.  Days and times available for marriage ceremonies vary according to the court’s schedule.

Three requirements you must bring with you for marriage ceremony:

1. A valid state of Michigan Marriage License
2. Two witnesses. Each witness should be 18 years of age or older. (Please note: the Court does not provide witnesses.)
3. A $10.00 fee.
