Information for Precinct Delegates

The office of Precinct Delegate is a partisan position that helps to elect local party chairs and officers as well as delegates to the state and national party conventions. The precinct delegate is the backbone of the partisan political parties.

Due to recent changes in some city and township precinct boundaries, candidates for the office of precinct delegate are encouraged to file with their local city or township clerk to be sure that their filing information (precinct number) is correct.
