WELCOME! to the Muskegon County's Equal Employment Opportunity website.
The EEO Office provides services to all County departments through such areas as evaluation and investigation of complaints filed by employees and applicants who feel they are experiencing discrimination, harassment or retaliation. Our office provides an opportunity to resolve issues in a non-adversarial, confidential setting which may be appropriate for certain complaints. The EEO Office also provides training to departments, supervisors and employees, in areas such as sexual harassment and hostile work environment.
