The Register of Deeds Department records, retrieves and preserved Muskegon County’s land records such as deeds, mortgages, surveys, plats and condominiums.
Resource Recovery Center
Since 1973, our treatment plant has demonstrated remarkable treatment performance in handling wastewater from firms engaged in pulp and paper manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and everything in between.
The Muskegon County Road Commission is dedicated to keeping those portions of County roads improved for vehicular travel reasonably safe and convenient for the motoring public, and to be firm, but flexible in our dedication to cooperatively and responsibly work with others in the public’s interest.

Muskegon Area Transit System (MATS) provides fixed-route and on-demand public transportation throughout Muskegon County, Michigan.
The primary goal of the Treasurer's Office is to collect delinquent property taxes for the County of Muskegon.
