Judge Raymond J. Kostrzewa was appointed to the 60th District Court in 2014, successfully retaining his seat in 2016.
Judge Kostrzewa serves as Chief Judge Pro Tempore of the 60th District Court and is presiding judge for the Muskegon County Veterans Treatment Court. His general docket includes: civil, criminal, landlord tenant and small claims cases. Judge Kostrzewa serves on several local boards and is involved in community activities including:
