The atrium is 65 percent complete. The aluminum which holds the glass windows has been installed and completed. The facia on the outside of the atrium has been installed. Flag pole mounts are put in place. The raised roofing will be installed and glass working will continue once delivered. Once the window glass is installed, the atrium will be closed in to begin work on the interior finishes. Aluminum drip edges have been installed on the building's exterior windows to prevent moisture from entering the building. The atrium is scheduled to be complete in the middle of August.

The atrium steel has been completed, roof decking is complete and the contractor is currently working on HVAC ductwork for the atrium. The air handler and compressor are installed in the area which used to have the office for the Jury Commission. The concrete for the flooring in the atrium is scheduled to be poured this week, weather permitting. The glass installer will then come out and take measurements for the glass once the concrete is complete. This portion of the project is 58 percent complete.

The construction and renovation to the elevator penthouse is 95 percent complete. This includes installing new controls for the fourth elevator and changing the controls for elevator three from analog to digital controls. New controls for elevators one and two will be worked on when elevators three and four are complete. Elevators one, two and three will also have new cabs and hardware installed. The elevator portion of the project is approximately 35 percent complete and scheduled to be finished in mid-September. When the elevators are complete they will be 40 percent more efficient.
